Fees

Fees reflect the nature and complexity of the matter, estimated workload, time required, applicable deadlines and resources involved. The legal services agreement specifies the services included, the fee structure and payment terms.

Fixed fee

A fixed fee is agreed for a legal service or clearly defined stage: a consultation, legal review, contract drafting or review, negotiation, a procedure or representation in a dispute.

The client knows the cost of the included services and the work to be delivered from the outset. If circumstances change or additional services are needed, these are discussed and agreed before they are carried out.

Hourly fee

An hourly fee is calculated by reference to the time actually spent on legal work. This approach suits projects whose full scope cannot be estimated at the outset, negotiations, recurring advice and matters that develop over several stages.

Work may include document review, consultations, legal correspondence, drafting, attending meetings and other steps required for the case or project.

Success fee

A success fee is linked to an objective or outcome defined together with the client. The outcome triggering payment, the calculation method and payment terms are clearly set out in the legal services agreement.

This fee structure may be used in litigation, debt recovery, negotiations or other matters where the outcome achieved for the client can be assessed objectively.

Debt recovery: fixed fee + success fee

For debt recovery, our engagement is based on a fixed fee + success fee. The fixed fee covers the agreed services and stages, while the success fee is calculated by reference to the sums actually recovered.

The fixed amount, success percentage, calculation basis and payment timing are agreed at the outset, according to the value of the claims, the number of cases and the complexity of the work. The client therefore knows the cost of the services and how the success fee relates to amounts received.

Debt recovery services

Individual matters and monthly retainers

Engagements for consultations, contracts, negotiations, debt recovery or litigation can be arranged for an individual matter. For companies needing ongoing support, we also offer monthly legal retainers, tailored to business operations and the estimated volume of requests.

Related costs

Some proceedings may involve court fees, experts, judicial enforcement officers, notaries or translators, as well as travel or other necessary expenses. These are presented separately and discussed before the relevant steps are taken.
