Alexandru Cristian Murar is a founding and managing partner of SCPA Murar și Asociații and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2006. With almost two decades of professional experience, he coordinates the firm’s legal work and cases involving commercial litigation, administrative and tax disputes, public procurement, enforcement, insolvency and business law. Throughout his career, he has coordinated and managed thousands of cases, assisting companies, public authorities and private clients across a broad range of projects and disputes.

George Iulian Murar is a founding partner of SCPA Murar și Asociații and has been a member of the Bucharest Bar since 2007. With almost two decades of professional experience, he provides legal advice, assistance and representation for companies, public authorities and private clients. His work covers litigation and arbitration, business law, contract law, insolvency and creditors’ rights, employment and intellectual property.

He coordinates the firm’s sports law work, advising and representing athletes, clubs and sports federations in contract negotiations and disputes, including before the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne. He has held a FIFA football agent licence since 2023.
