Disputes over ownership and use

We represent clients in disputes over ownership, co-ownership and division, contract performance and property use. We also prepare land register applications based on the available documents and the property’s legal position.

When should a property undergo legal due diligence?

Before signing a preliminary sale agreement or assuming other obligations, including paying a deposit. Reviewing the documents and draft contract allows risks to be identified and terms discussed before they become binding.

What do we check when buying a home under construction?

The land and project status, building permit, cadastral documents, reservation and preliminary agreement terms, advance payments and the developer’s obligations. We assess the documents against the project stage and the rules applicable at signing.
